New York City

I just love the NYC skyline! all the cars, the movement, the life, i just love all of it! and a black and white picture is just beautiful to me. so here is one, of may im sure, skyline pictures! 1.31.11

Winter

I love the way these icicles look! i'm like a kid in a candy store lately with all the snow and winter wonders. the icicles are like bigger then i think i have ever seen. but i will say that i am quite over all this weather, to tell you the truth. but it is still beautiful:) 1.30.11

lmao! so me an mr. big got the case of the munchies at like 1am, an he's been wanting to take me to this place that supposedly had really good food. but when we walked in, karaoke was happening. but only one guy was singing, and he was super duper into it, oh and one of the waitresses was singing too, but u could definitely hear the dogs holing while she was singing... soo, we ate, the singing guy got mr. big to get up and sing, priceless, then we asked for the ticket, and the "toto" is what got us right away! if your spanish u understand why this is funny! so then big asked for a corona, and we got a new ticket, with no toto, but with 1 "cum" instead! hahahahaha! 1.28.11 

Really... More Snow??

"2fer" today!! this is what i was greated with this mornining^^^!! I walked out the door knowing that it had snowed, but i had no idea it was going to look like this! snow all the way up to my waist! man, i have never seen, or experienced snow like this in my entire life, let alone having to commute to work in it!! smh... 1-27-11

Ice

"this is not supposed to happen in new york!" these huge ice rocks, or whatever, are all over the city, the snow that was pushed to the side have turned into these big ice blocks, they jus look weird, and out of place. climate change? 1-25-11

Clouds

When i was in elementary school, i don't remember what grade, but i do remember having to do a project in science about clouds. i dont remember anything else but just doing the project, but ever since then, every time i look at the sky, i try to remember the names of the clouds. idk which these are, but they are pretty anyhow! 1-24-11

so what came first, the chicken or the egg?? lol, i am in love it snapple and their "real facts" very entertaining, and a great compliment to my deli sandwich! 1.23.11

yes, there have been times where i have been beyond my limit... but i have been lucky enough to be either with the right person, or in the right place so that i dont make a complete fool out of myself. but this here is ridiculous... i saw this on my way back to corona early this morning, on none other then the 7 train-__- smh... 1-22-11

Snow

So this is my first winter in the north. and at first i was excited about seeing so much snow, and actually having to deal with it! well, that excitment quickly changed when i really had to deal with it. it has already snowed like 4 times this season, an im pretty much over it. walking through it sucks, getting smacked in the face with wind mixed with snow is even worse, and slipping and sliding all the way to work takes the cake. here i am waiting for the 7 train to work, snow coverd train tracks, thinking, "is that really safe??" 1-21-11

Early post today! So on my way to work this morning, i have gotten in the habit of looking at the ground when i walk because you just cant tell what is ice and what is water! so i noticed this yellow piece of paper on the ground! i think it says "i stoped here" how cute is this!? 1-20-11

first off, let me start by saying i accept photo donations, this being one of them:). now, these three beautiful girls are my nieces, ages 9, 9 and 13. and although this isn't the biggest snow storm atlanta has ever seen, this one shut the city down for a week! apparently all the snow froze over and turned into a sheet of ice! so here are the girls enjoying their week long snow day!<3 1/12/11

Sorry, I have been missing these past few days, so here is Sunday, Monday,and Tuesdays entries:)

Sunday: After dinner with friend I went to take a picture of the NYC skyline, and this is how it came out. I had completely forgotten I was playing with the settings on my phone. I loved the way it came out, gives it a kind of mysterious look:) (1/9/11)

Monday: After finding out I had not been accepted into CCNY, I was feeling pretty defeated, so I ran to the nearest Barnes and Noble for some R&R. On my way there, I caught this view. Sunsets are by far my favorite thing to photograph. (1/10/11)

 Tuesday: I am a loyal Verizon customer, and have been for the past ten years, thanks to my mom of course. But of course I wanted the iPhone when it came out, being an Apple product fan, and even more so when the 4g came out. Since last summer, my mom has been telling me that Verizon was trying to work out a deal with Apple, so they too could carry the iPhone. And today, 1.11.11, it was announced. Verizon will start selling the iPhone on the new 4g Verizon network. Guess who's first in line:)

Sex and the City

I am an avid Sex and the City fan, and when I moved to NY, all I can think about was connecting my life/ lifestyle to the gals from SATC. Didn't quite go as planned until tonight! Great dinner, great conversation, and even better people. So here's to SATC, New York, and the ladies that made tonight a success,  a cosmopolitan:)
